Network Watch: managed monitoring for show and AV networks
The install is finished, the integrator has left, and the network that carries every Dante channel, every control command and every intercom line in the room is now nobody's job. Network Watch makes it ours. Around-the-clock monitoring of switches, links, clocks and Dante health for venues, showrooms and permanent installs.
What we watch
- Switch health, port errors, PoE budgets and uplink saturation
- Dante and AES67 device presence, clocking and latency
- PTP grandmaster changes and clock drift
- Multicast and IGMP behavior
- Link and power events, UPS status
- Configuration drift from the known-good baseline
How it works
We start with an onboarding audit of the existing network and document a known-good baseline. A small monitoring appliance goes on the show LAN and reports to us. When something moves outside the baseline we get paged, and depending on your tier we either notify your team, remote in and fix it, or dispatch. Monthly reports show what happened and what is trending.
Three tiers: Monitor, Support and Critical. Details and pricing are at networkwatch.eighty32.com.
Built for
- Showrooms and theaters on the Strip and beyond
- Houses of worship and performing arts centers with Dante backbones
- Corporate campuses with AV over IP
- Residency productions that cannot afford a dark night
- Integrators who want a monitoring partner after handoff
