How it works

Each node is a software-defined radio in a road case with an antenna, a network port and power. Nodes sit in the rooms and positions that matter and stream spectrum data back over the show network. The system knows your frequency plan, so it is not alarming on your own transmitters. It is looking for everything else: the walk-in wireless, the neighboring ballroom, the intermittent carrier that only shows up when the LED wall is on.

What it gives you

  • Coordination-aware alerting, only on carriers that are not in the plan
  • Location by room or zone based on which nodes see it
  • Text and email alerts to the coordinator and the department
  • A spectrum history you can scrub back through after the show
  • Remote visibility for coordinators covering more than one room
  • Runs on the show LAN, no internet required on the floor

Where it earns its keep

  • Convention centers with many rooms and many vendors
  • Broadcast compounds and award shows
  • Multi-stage festivals
  • Residencies and venues with standing coordination
  • Any room where the last dropout had no explanation
